Q: I have a ZB8000 series scanner AND ITíS NOT SCANNING or Itís intermittent or IT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR A FEW DAYS, AND NOW IT DOESNíT WORK.

We have found that if the cable has not been inserted
properly, the scanner will not work or may stop working
several days, weeks or even months later. Please review the
instructions above on how to Remove and Plug In a cable.
