ZBA, Inc. is a global

for most all user applications. All products manufactured by ZBA are guaranteed
to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period
time from the date of manufacture: The defined period of time includes:
5 yr. limited
warranty for all handheld CCD Scanners
warranty for all magnetic swipe products
warranty for all portable data terminals
warranty for all wand based and slot reader products
This warranty is provided
to the original owner only and is not transferable to any third party.
It shall not apply to any product
which has been
repaired or altered unless done or approved by ZBA, Inc.
which has not
been maintained in accordance with any operating or handling instructions
supplied by ZBA, Inc. ,
which has been
subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, abuse,
power shortage, negligence or accident or ,
which has been
used other than in accordance with the product operating and handling
is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered under this warranty.
During these warranty periods, there is no charge for repairs of defective
materials. It is required that you obtain an RMA number before sending
in any product. For your convenience, ZBA, Inc. offers online generation
(24 hrs./7 days per week) of your RMA number. Simply go to http://www.zbausa.com/rmarequest and
follow the instructions. You will be contacted via e-mail within 24 hrs.
with your return authorization number. Be sure to list the serial numbers
and a detailed problem description for each item. ZBA, Inc. will charge
a service fee for unauthorized returns and if the product being sent in
is not defective. Please call prior to any return: 908-359-2070 and ask
for Technical Support. Every effort will be made to complete repairs within 48
hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product
back to ZBA Inc. There will be no charge for return shipping (UPS
Ground). ZBA, Inc. will charge for express shipping.

send in for repair or return a product. In just a few steps we will ask
you for the information we require. Using the online request will save
you time on the phone and ensures that your information is accurate and
allows for short processing times.
RMA# Status Check
We provide the status of your RMA online. You can checkif we received
the product(s). If processing is complete, the trackingnumber (or if returned
for credit: the credit invoice number) will bedisplayed.

The Online Service Center offers you free downloads, and for better support
please register your products here! You will receive an Express Service
Code after you signed in the Online Service Center. Please have the code
ready when you call for technical support or include it in your e-mail
when requesting support. Requests with Express Service Code will be handled
with higher priority!
